Solution: Whitelist for Postfix if using RBLs

How would someone do this in Zimbra 8?
Is this method still recommended? Is there any changes that need to be made? Or does Zimbra 8 allow us to do this in other ways.
An answer or pointing me in the right direction would be great.

Ok, we worked out it was something corrupt in the contacts folder. After clearing out this folder, the issue disappeared. Having same issue. But doesn't seem to be ZD, as it is happening in web client as well.
