Backup to Network Attached Storage

All,
I have been searching this forum for a discussion of how to backup OpenSource version 7.X to a NAS drive on my network?
Many scripts are available for earlier versions that backup to the local server running Zimbra but not a network share/NAS.
Does anyone have an example script?
