Restrict sending to certain domains just magically stopped working

timed out while receiving the initial server greeting
Browser based client times out on random days. Not everyday, or at least during business hours everyday.zimbra.log for the last 5 days with the time outs grep'd: Of course all of the end users are freaking out over the 10 - 15 minute period this happensThanks in advance for any assistance mailse...

Need to restrict emails to and from all domains but one
The solution was:
Followed the wiki article Restrict users to certain domain - Zimbra :: Wiki
Then I emptied out /etc/resolv.conf
Then added the one receiving email server to /etc/hosts
:D
