there basically 2 ways way1: in case your zm shutdown still works (many people have the issue that it hangs for a long time on ther webapp part) i use my own online backupsolution for this, rsync script would work too, but id rather have notifications if a backup took place or if not. make a hotback...

i strongly diasgree honestly im not willing to fund anything because currently the FOSS versions gets disected. so the only effect it would have is that the foss community now finances all the core functions, and yet very basic important security features like backup or 2fa will remain in the networ...

just after a quick glance it seems rspamd seems to be a copy cat of dspam on steroids with a lot of addons, or at least does many things like dspam. oh on that note, no it is dpsam, at least they took most of the code renamed the bins and even left the training flags the same are you kidding me not ...

if you have all files in perfect condition theres another way than importing.

install the same version as crashed one with the -s option
copy your data simply over
run fixperms
it should run now
then you can upgrade

you did not mention that you have checked the filters of the ba mailbox.
