If zimbraFeaturePortalEnabled is on, "People Search" wouldn't work on Z7

Zimbra 7.1.3 on RHEL 5 64bit.
I'm having the same issue. I enabled the portal and people search isn't working.

The default theme for zimbraAdmin, zimbra and zimlets are all set using a config file for the web application.look in jetty/etc/zimbra.web.xml.in zimbraDefaultSkin carbon Replace carbon with your skin name.This is actually the beginnings of what will enable per virtual hostname default skins.
