Hello alcidesmagno!

Zimbra Chat does not have the feature You are describing.

The most You can to is to enable the debug log on the mailbox, into the mailbox.log file will be logged all Zimbra Chat Events alongside any other debug message from the mailbox.

Hello szy_mek! You must install the Zimbra Chat in any mailbox server, Zimbra chat is a Zimbra extension so it works only with a running mailbox. No, Zimbra cannot migrate the buddy list of Zimbra Chat users.
I hope that feature will be implemented soon but is not planned for the development at the moment.

Hello 7224jobe,
It seems the chat is not started correctly.
On the first try, do You used the "View Mail" button in the admin interface to reach the account?
Please can take a look at the mailbox.log to see if there are exceptions?

In Zimbra Drive for Zimbra 8.7.6 You cannot link existing NC users to the Zimbra Account.
On the first login on NextCloud or on the first access to the "Drive (beta)" tab will create a new account on NextCloud.
