yes I have all the best practices in my vm, I also tried ubuntu 14.04. with zimbra 8.5 and the same hardware settings, same problem but in the list you sent me, my server is only supported till 4.0U2, but do you really think, this is the reason for this extremly high cpu load after zimbra installati...

just saw a few bug entries on the server:
