Re: Support Issues

Still having this issue. Support has confirmed its a bug (months ago) and that there is no workaround and no fix as of now. Support Issues

Anyone else having support issues? We've had paid zimbra support for years. In years past I've probably only reached out 3-4 times and ALWAYS had issues addressed pretty quick. Since upgrading to 8.8.12 I've had an issue where my GAL no longer syncs with any outlook users. Using EAS or ZCO doesnt ch...

Re: No longer able to select zimbra connector in latest Outlook 365

Same issue however uninstalling an reinstalling is no longer working for me as it seems installer is bringing in the newest version. Also existing users are starting to get local failure notices with syncing issues.

Share Calendar with Separate Install

OK, I have more info now. I was able to figure out how to do what I wanted. Just share it and then have the users add a new External Calendar to their calendar page and use the ICS address. Works great. Now, we have calendar's that we want ALL users to have regardless is there a way to automate ...

Currently I can share between the two just fine however the user must click a specific link to do so and then must enter in a resource password, w...

Quota's and Recieving

Is there a way to have quota's setup like exchange where I can allow you to receive email if you are over your limit but you will be prevented from sending? I can see right now it blocks both but we want them to continue to get inbound mail.

AD GAL Accounts without Email Address

Hi All,I have our GAL configured as an ExternalGAL pulling from Active Directory. On the web client everything looks great. On any client with the Outlook Connector or Zimbra Desktop the GAL contains a list of EVERY user and group in the directory regardless if it has an email address attached. Any ...
