See user's attachment size

I am looking for a way to see which user's are sending large attachments through our zimbra server.
Is anyone aware of a way to check alluser's and see what attachment/size's have been sent?

Re: Delete Mails in Webmail

Is there a way to delete all user's trash folder's "recover deleted items" for a specific time frame?

Re: Delete Mails in Webmail

I am having the exact same issue.

We noticed this when we started getting disk space warnings. Started digging into the trash folder and logs and it appears that these emails are really never getting deleted.

Re: permanently delete trash folder items

zimbraDumpsterEnabled: TRUE
zimbraDumpsterPurgeEnabled: TRUE
zimbraDumpsterUserVisibleAge: 30d
zimbraMailDumpsterLifetime: 21d

I checked my global settings and they are all set the same.

We are using Zimbra 8.7.0 GA

This appears to be a global issue as these emails are never getting deleted.

permanently delete trash folder items

When I delete a item from my inbox it goes into the trash folder. When I right click on the trash folder and choose empty Trash, I am still able to recover those deleted items. Some of the emails in the "recover deleted items" are many years old (2014). How can I permanently delete items s...

Re: OPTIMIZE tables in MySQL

I was following this tutorial - https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/DB_not_releasing_disk_space_after_deleting_data We were getting alerts for disk space being at 85%. We cleaned up several email's which brought the user quota down (deleted over 5GB of email's). When you look at the disk space on the serve...

OPTIMIZE tables in MySQL

I am looking for some assistance with running the OPTIMIZE command on our MySQL database. This was done by clearing specific folders and deleting the em...

Re: Zimbra 8.7.0GA Right click gets stuck

This happens with many pre-existing user's (not all) and any newly created user.
When you go into the inbox, right click on a email. The menu never disappears.
I was not able to find a big in bugzilla so I reported one.

Zimbra 8.7.0GA Right click gets stuck

Since I have upgraded our zimbra mail server from 8.6 to 8.7, when user's right click on email's, the menu never disappears and gets locked on the screen.
User's have to click refresh to get the pop-up to disappear.
