Missing "Add to Calendar" action link for VCS attachment

Hi, I had a user ask about a VCS file they had received recently and "how to open it". Quick check to remind myself on the file-type indicated it's another version of a calendar invite (like ICS). In my view of the message (forwarded to me), Zimbra displayed an "Add to Calendar" ...

Re: Upgrade 8.6 Ubuntu 14 to 8.8 Ubuntu 16

To reply to my own post above, I later found another forum post here https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=64218&start=10 that mentions removing the zimbra service startup script (from /etc/init.d directory, script is named "zimbra" - I would plan to move this to another d...

Re: Upgrade 8.6 Ubuntu 14 to 8.8 Ubuntu 16

I have also had issue with determining good reliable info on this topic. And I'm part-way through the upgrade process, so thought I'd give you notes on my experience so far... We have had 8.6 on Ubuntu 14.04 for years, but with the Zimbra version going out of support (and 14.04 too), I needed to try...

Re: CSR always the same using GUI? CLI regen works OK

I also found that I had to complete the install of the new certificate with the CLI commands as the GUI version for "install" and loading the certificates gave an error. The CLI method uses cat to combine the Root and Intermediate certificates (required for Gandi certs) - it's possible tha...

CSR always the same using GUI? CLI regen works OK

Hi, Our server (8.6.0_GA_1242) certificate is due for renewal - our issuer (Gandi) gives a warning about needing a new CSR. I've used the Zimbra Admin Certificates GUI wizard and ticked the option for "Replace the current CSR" and have even gone so far as to manually backup then delete the...

Re: External replier being asked for OUR server credentials

Should have noted previously that we are still on 8.6 Community on a Ubuntu 14.04 LTS host (as a VM).

zmcontrol -v output:
Release 8.6.0.GA.1153.UBUNTU14.64 UBUNTU14_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.6.0_P11

Just in case that makes any difference...

External replier being asked for OUR server credentials

Hi, We have an external sender (different domain, a business customer) replying to one of our emails but is being asked to provide login details to *our* server while composing their reply to us. They sent a screen-shot through to illustrate they were not doing anything weird - just a regular email ...

Re: STARTTLS not advertised on port 25 for receiving

Our connection path is: WAN -> pfSense (firewall) -> LAN On the LAN side of the pfSense firewall, the next connection is Untangle (only used for anti-spam, anti-phishing, web site policies, no firewall module) then behind that are the internal servers (Zimbra email and other web servers) and the off...

Re: STARTTLS not advertised on port 25 for receiving

The only significant difference that I can see between your main.cf and mine is the following (missing) entry: postconf | grep smtpd_tls_mandatory_protocols smtpd_tls_mandatory_protocols = !SSLv2, !SSLv3 tlsproxy_tls_mandatory_protocols = $smtpd_tls_mandatory_protocols I can't imagine that it would...
