indeed the clean command could have helped, if there was a leftover package around. but anyway since the bug is apparently fixed, there should have been a more up to date version on the repository...

Failed upgrade from 8.6UBUNTU14 to 8.8.5

Check $LOGFILE for details. Exiting - the system is unchanged sadly it didn't report any error, just that package down...

Re: Upgrade from 8.6 to 8.7 issues

I just had the very same issue when upgrading 8.6UBUNTU14 to 8.8.5! dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/zimbra-osl_1.0.9-1zimbra8.7b1.14.04_all.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/opt/zimbra/docs/open_source_licenses.txt', which is also in package zimbra-core 8.6.0.GA.1153.UBUNT...

Re: Calendar resources availability in Thunderbird/ActiveSync

My issue is not being able to access the calendar, but calendar's resources! That is, in zimbra I can add as resource a location or a resource. Can I have them available in Thunderbird? While discussing on IRC we noticed that resources are special accounts, which means if I sync contacts I should be...

Calendar resources availability in Thunderbird/ActiveSync

Simple question: is it possible to share calendar resources to Thunderbird (CalDAV) or via ActiveSync (z-push)?

I'd like to be able to define appointment resources in Zimbra and create events in TB with those resources.
thanks

Suppress external account fetch error messages

hi.
We've configured an external IMAP account on Zimbra, but since our *DSL is faulty we are often prompted with the External account error dialog.

Is it possible to suppress this dialog, and just ignore the timeouts?

thanks
