Hi,

Try to gather message source/show header and use mxtoolbox online service for mail header analyze, there you can see which step/process would take longer on mail processing

From the above logs, what is your main problem? Accessing mail with POP3/IMAP/Web or mostly problem with sending and receiving email? If you got trouble with accessing mail, try to looking at /opt/zimbra/log/mysql_error.log but if you have trouble with mail transaction, better to see Postfix/Clamav ...

Hi, After the upgrade from 8.6 to 8.7.2, everything seems normal. Then the services started dying and restarting themselfs. This occurs at around 5-10 min intervals. Hi,

1. Backup all Zimbra data
2. Use "rename domain" feature on Zimbra : https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/How_to_rename_a_domain
3. Set old domain name as an alias for current (new) domain to prevent any emails probably sent to previous name
