0.88.x are just bugfix releases (compared to 0.88).

That's one of the most asked questions arround...

The answer is _no_.
But you should check with a VAR and/or Zimbra sales team about dual licensing (within Network Edition). It mainly depends on how many user you need.

AFAIK, from a general poinf of view, http/1.1 and SSL are not compatible.
If you want a specific SSL certificate for each vHost, you should also have a specific IP per vHost (or a different port per vHost).
