External Calendar from exhange via CalDav and davmail

What have you tried so far? In ZWC, if you just specify just the server name (without ports etc) in the "CalDAV Server" dialog box, that may work, assuming DavMail's CalDAV server supports autodiscovery via .well-known/caldav

A shared Admin Calendar user cannot create a private appointment.

One more thing. To edit an existing share, you need to look under Preferences/Sharing - there is a section called "Folders shared by me"

A shared Admin Calendar user cannot create a private appointment.

This worked for me. When creating a share, I gave the admin "Admin" capabilities. I also checked the box to "Allow user(s) to see my private appointments.". I'm guessing that last bit is the important thing as it isn't checked by default.

Unable to add incoming message - external POP3

mailbox.log is the most likely place. If there is an exception trace with the message, that might help.

How to force text/code formatting and turn off post autoformatting?

You may not like this answer very much but if you are happy writing raw HTML, I have taken to using the rich formatting "html" option for my posts. Seems to have worked for me so far. Mostly using "p" and "pre" elements - the latter being good for leaving stuff alone.

Unable to add incoming message - external POP3

FYI I've tried and failed to reproduce this issue using your data I modifying it to have the base64 for a new .jpg in it, adding the line: ------=_NextPart_001_0031_01D02FE9.A619D2A0-- at the bottom (I assume that was in the original). I then zmlmtpinject'ed that into a mailbox, then added t...

Create/Edit/Delete Tasks using java. Possible?

Zimbra supports the CalDAV protocol for tasks - so you could use that (from Java or whatever you desire). See http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4791

Some appointments slightly faded colour, and those not syncing to Android.

I suggest you open a bug at https://bugzilla.zimbra.com and add some of the problem .ics files as private attachments there. If you point me at the bug I'll see if I can spot anything odd in them.
