Back end for Zimbra 9 is the same as for 8.8.15.

Maybe Zpush checks the version of Zimbra? In which case 9 may need to be added.

But other than that it should just work.

They are available from the Zimbra 9 yum/apt repositories. So if you install Zimbra 9 you can `yum list available | grep zimlet` or apt-show-versions to find them.

AFAIK no, you will have to write a Zimlet that captures the params from the url and then make it jump to the create appointment.
