Likes and wants :) [don't forget to vote for features in bugzilla]

[quote user="Isi"]Another feature that i have not seen added that would be great is the ability to import data into the contact list. Perhaps a CSV type of import where i could take contacts from nearly anywhere and import them directly into zimbra. Also to extend this it would be nice to b...

Likes and wants :) [don't forget to vote for features in bugzilla]

[quote user="Isi"]There was mention earlier about the diversity of the filtering options available for zimbra. I don't know how you guys handle this stuff under the covers but you do use Cyrus as your mailserver. Cyrus has an extension called Sieve that might make extending this functi...

DwtSash

Hi, Try looking at the ZmDoublePaneView.js & ZmConvView.js classes in ZimbraWebClient/WebRoot/js/zimbraMail/mai/view for examples of how to use DwtSash.- ZmDoublePaneView creates the sash.- ZmConvView is a subclass of ZmDoublePaneView and implements the _sashCallback method (defined in ZmDoubleP...

DwtMenu & popdown

Bug filed id:4742. In the meantime one possible workaround you might try for now is to allow the shell to be 100% size (i..e default) and reparent the body elements to the shell's div. This may not be practical for you depending on how complex the body element is. Though you may be able to wrap ...

DWT components and existing HTML

Hi Heladito,It should be possible to do what you want to do. First off all you don't really want the shell to be visible, because all the components will be parented to you existing html. So let's get the shell out of the way (so that your jsp generated html is not pushed below it's div)...

asynchronous requests a lot faster then synchronous requests!

Great post smies :) We have actually deprecated ZmCsfeAsynchCommand and modified the ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke method to also support asynchronous calls (basically there is a callback parameter that if populated will result in the call being asynchronous). Among other things, we have also added...

DwtHtmlEditor -- Exception when started in a hidden tab

We have definitely seen this error under FF1.5 (and we have made several fixes to code to deal with it - which will be available in the next release).

Back buttton

[quote user="entone"]Hey guys i remember coming to the site a while ago and seeing a tutorial on how you did the prompt when you try to leave the page. I'd really love some insight into this. i had a function that kind of works, very simple:body.onunload = "javascript: try_leaving...

Spell checker ?????????

I use the spellchecker everyday and I am very fond of it (especially since I am a bad speler). Works both in plain text and HTML modes. Also, as the calendar screenshot shows, we have it wired into the new appointment view as well as the mail composition view.
