I uninstalled and re-installed last night. The only thing I noticed is that I had to enable it in the admin console for my user, but also in the preferences pane in my web session. Try purging the old version (which won't work with this version), downloading the new one, enable it in the COS or ...

There have been reports of problems here. There are three canidates:
1) The JSP is not compiling correctly:

Zimlet JSP - Zimbra :: Wiki
2) A bug in AjxRPC.invoke
3) A error in the proxy.
Can you look at the first and figure out if it applies to you?

Search for zmsetservername, but beward, do backups, and preparse for a lot of little things to go wrong that require a bit of elbow grease.

Try adding a additional character to the end of the correct password. If it still gets truncated, and suddeny works, file a bug ;)

It sounds like their is either a firewall issue, or a mx lookup issue. Check out MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox.You need to set the mx record for domain.com to be zimbra.domain.com. Once that is done, validate that mxtoolbox.com is pointing the mx at zimbra.domain.com....

This strongly suggests that either the authentication system changed, or the proxy is generating a error (unlikely, because it appears that a cookie from salesforce is getting through).
Check the outbound response. Does it have the correct username/password?
