WAIT! i retract that.i was connecting to one of the release candidates running on a debian etch machine. when i connected to the 5.0 GA on the OS X machine, it went directly for default, which is the ajax version.so very bizarre. oh well, i was planning to transfer that over to a more recent copy of...

weird. i'm running safari 3.0.4 on a macbook pro running leopard.zimbra is 5.0.0 GA on a 1.83 core 2 duo running mac OS X 10.4doesn't get too much more up to date than that, but still it always automatically selects the standard html version when i open it in safari (but not with firefox on ...

i ran into the same problem on a failed upgrade from 4.5.6 to 5.0 RC1.
my admin password didn't work.
i would love to know what password it was looking for, as i've put that drive aside to work on sometime in the next week or two.
