Just a quick Q: other than contacts, messages, calendars, tasks will the ZCB also two-way sync NOTES? (As it does with exchange.) If yes, are these notes htmls in the briefcase?

I think what the OP was asking for was an explanation how shared tasks are meant to be used. Frankly, I do not see any use of this feature without tags and reminders either.
