[SOLVED] CentOS 5 zcs-NETWORK-5.0.8_GA_2462.RHEL5_64

This post recommends uninstalling iptables and disabling SE linux. What is the output when you just try to start the MTA service by itself? $> zmmtactl startAlso, can you give me an idea on where this install is coming from (i.e. is it a fresh install or an upgrade and if so, from what version)?Than...

[SOLVED] CentOS 5 zcs-NETWORK-5.0.8_GA_2462.RHEL5_64

Hi, just double checking, you are running the zmcontrol as the zimbra user? You can also try running /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms as root and try starting the services again as the zimbra user.

How to import a .pst file into a Mac OSX Zimbra Desktop Client

Just to clarify, there is both a server side and client side application for Zimbra to work appropriately with all PIM information. But, I think there 'may' be a work around... You could copy your e-mail into Gmail, via IMAP. If you can get your contacts into a CSV and your calendar into an ...

How to import a .pst file into a Mac OSX Zimbra Desktop Client

First off, welcome to the forums! For Zimbra Desktop to work, it has to pull information from a server, be that Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS), Gmail, Yahoo, or an IMAP server. So, to get your information into Zimbra Desktop, you have to have an account on a ZCS server for the desktop client to syn...

Uninstall in Mac OS X?

If you navigate to /Users//zimbra/zdesktop/ and in there is a "Zimbra Desktop Uninstaller.app". Run that and you should be good to go.

:o

Thanks,

ActiveSync and Contact Photos (5.0.7) with iPhone 3G/Firmware 2.0

Just talking from previous experience, the only device I've seen handle 'push' well is the BlackBerry. I've used Windows Mobile, Palm, and my iPod Touch and whenever you set push, it will negatively affect the battery life significantly due to the constant data connection to the serv...

[SOLVED] Wireless Activation not Working

Just a quick question.. Do you have the BES service available form your wireless provider. We have found that often this does not come as part of their basic BIS (BlackBerry Internet Server). Thus, your wireless provider may be blocking your activation attempts.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,

Imap ZIMBRA on IPOD Touch

Go95,I currently check my e-mail on my iPod Touch running FW 1.1.4. It works quite reliably. Basically all I had to do was setup my Zimbra account in Apple Mail and have it sync the settings across via iTunes, if you are on a Mac. You can also set it up manually also. You will need your server name,...
