Zimbra postfix banner

Ok, I've got an issue that I'm having trouble resolving. I've been testing zimbra for sometime, without issues, works fine on my test server. I installed it on my future production server, getting ready to migrate the users into it, and can't get the thing to banner on port 25, even ...

Maildir to Zimbra

Well, I'm not entirely finished, that's why I was looking for feedback and further optimizations. I also trying to figure out how to handle the message flags within the same script, with minimal configuration on the part of the user.

Maildir to Zimbra

This is a modification of the Maildir import script on the Wiki. It copies the messages to the correct folder on Zimbra, it also will copy folder names with spaces in them, and I've joined the cur/new folder stuff into one loop, rather then two. I've also exempted creation of certain mailbox...

maildir to Zimbra

I hear what you are saying, but I looked around and couldn't find anything better then Imapsync to move from maildir, I'm still looking though, but I have done several test migrations with imapsync.

zimbra migrating with passwords

I create the users from /etc/passwd crypt's. If you do the following when creating users in Zimbra you can reset the password to the crypt.Perl example to create user, and then change password to crypted pass.$uname = "testuser"; $name,$passwd,$uid,$gid) = getpwnam($uname); $cryptpass ...

"NO APPEND failed" message when migrating mails

This bug appears to still be an issue with 4.5.5. I can crash zimbra by Ctrl-C'ing during the imapsync process, stopping the services with zmcontrol, fixing permissions and restarting seems to fix the issue. However killed imap commands shouldn't be able to crash zimbra.

4.0 RC1 imapsync with admin???

Yea, I had tried all the various combinations I saw on the forums. I discovered IMAPsync wasn't working with SSL, moved to a different machine and compiled all the perl modules myself (instead of Fedora RPM), and it worked as expected through SSL via the Master Admin login.

Hrm, didn't work, I set it to 10000, and also restarted Zimbra.

4.0 RC1 imapsync with admin???

Does this method still work under 4.5.5? I've been trying various combinations with no luck today. Works fine user -> user, but I'd like to use the admin functionality on zimbra, since I don't know the user's passwords (I'd have to set to a dummy pass, then reset to their crypt p...

Account view over limit

I'm testing the open source version of Zimbra, I've worked on user migration/mailbox migration. I created a little over 9000 accounts, and receive a notice when trying to view the accounts "The number of results to be displayed is over the limit. Please use search to refine the results&...
