Thanks very much, i got one step further, it then had the same error except this time with a variable called zimbraACE, so i commented this out and it all started up fine, however no Disclaimer extension when i go to the Administration area... Any ideas?Is it just that the disclaimer extension doesn...

it was a problem with my hosts file, i assumed i should put my public facing ip beside the hostname.

should be the private one.
