Some SPAM still getting in
All that is true, but the original poster is looking for help in improving anti-spam efficiency. This is a realizable goal while perfection isn't. But as I noted, there are already a few good threads to start with.
True, but the OP talks of 2-4 emails gettin...

Some SPAM still getting in

NO spam filter is going to be 100% effective. Spam is a constant cat and mouse game, and spam will always get through and good messages may get flagged as spam. I don't personally use the anti-spam features in Zimbra and use another filter in front of my Zimbra server, but if you find a filter t...

What do we get if we pay???

Yes, that is correct. The mobile option and support are additional cost. I get two support incidents included per year, but I want more they will cost me, and I pay additional for mobile.

OS Update/Upgrade...?

That's really a difficult question to answer. I've done it before with no problems, but the chance of having an issue definitely exists, and you have to be prepared with a good backup of your system. I did an Ubuntu upgrade from 6.06 to 8.04 without any issues, but doesn't mean it would ...

E-mail message lifetime In ZImbra 5.0.14
Why are you trying to reduce the email retention to less than thirty days? The whole point of a mail server is that users keep their mail on there for reference.
Email retention policies with lower and lower dates are becoming standard corporate policy the...

Ubuntu 8.04 -> sudo apt-get upgrade ?

I've been running Zimbra on Ubuntu for some time, and I haven't had a problem with APT upgrades. In fact my system is current as of this weekend because I did an APT upgrade this weekend prior to my 5.0.18 upgrade. I've never had an issue, but should always make sure you have a backup pr...

Can I make links open in my default browser?

Good to know that it's not just my setup then. I wonder if we'll see a fix down the road since Zimbra doesn't officially support 64bit with ZD.
