Re: Upgd from 8.7.0 to 8.7.1 GUI Status

You jumped a little far ahead of me. The zmcontrol status and the gui are very similar. Here is why: /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstatuslog runs that same 'zmcontrol status' and parses the resulting output. That first line that comes back (Host: hostname) from zmcontrol status is used to send those 'STATUS...

Re: Statistics no longer working

I haven't been able to figure out what causes this to fail or when. I have been upgrading my versions since 5.0 and this was the first time I had to do this procedure and I moved from 32-bit to 64-bit at some point in the upgrades. Crazy stuff eh? :D

Re: Statistics no longer working

Just 2 minutes later zmmtastats has reappeared in the list. The Message Count/Message Volume/Anti-Spam... Monitor options are still showing No data under every heading. Does this take a while to begin to populate? It does take a bit to get enough data to chart. I will use the Advanced Statistics to...

Re: Statistics no longer working

For my case - all the commands you specified look to be working correctly. I have one rrd file (5-5.rrd) that is 138GB and several others that are close to 20GB each - is that normal? Is it safe to do the logger reinitialize? Does the server have to be brought down - or just the logger stopped. Tha...

Re: Upgd from 8.7.0 to 8.7.1 GUI Status

This should be easy to track down. grep STATUS /var/log/zimbra-stats.log If the STATUS entries are missing, then do this /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogprocess grep STATUS /var/log/zimbra-stats.log If you see the STATUS then look at cron and the crontab entry to see why zmlogprocess doesn't get kicked off...

Re: Troubles with DKIM keys

That is odd because it has always worked for me and I do it the same as you showed. I use this link https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Configuring_for_DKIM_Signing as my primer. When I tested your information, the error I got back was that you didn't add it to your dns for your domain. BTW, that site veri...

Re: Statistics no longer working

I have a few ideas but need a little more information. Can you look inside /opt/zimbra/log/mysql_error.log to see if you have any errors listed? Does this report any errors when you list the hostnames? /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmrrdfetch -n Are the stat programs running? zmstatctl status Watch this for a...

Re: [SOLVED] Upgrade 8.7.1 convertd fails to start

I think its because the message shows the following was typed.

Code: Select all

zmconvertdctl start

instead of

Code: Select all

zmconvertctl start

Notice the 'd'. The other message could be the shared library missing but difficult to tell at this point.

Re: View email from admin console

Thank you. Yes that works perfectly. Previously, I was using the FQDN of the URL of the admin console instead of the the domain. Much better results this way. :D zmprov md example.com zimbraPublicServicePort 443 zmprov md example.com zimbraPublicServiceProtocol https zmprov mcf zimbraPublicServiceHo...

Re: View email from admin console

Thanks to this thread, I just realized that view mail wasn't working correctly from the admin console after adding in the proxy last week and updating to 8.7.1 From what I am seeing, that view mail extension is generating the URL with http and port 8080 in 8.6+ and https and port 8080 with 8.7.1. I ...
