[SOLVED] URL highlighting not working

URL highlighting not workingI have one user in our organization using the Zimbra web client who says her hyperlinks/URL addresses in received messages are not highlighting. I double-checked several other users, all running the same version of browser (including myself), and it is working for them. I...

[SOLVED] Custom zimlet XML parsing error

I used solution number two and it now works perfectly! That is a HUGE monkey off my back.
It is strange though. The zimlet.w had not been changed in two years. Something must have happened somewhere to make the XML declaration break. Oh well...water under the bridge.
Thanks again,

Shannon

[SOLVED] Custom zimlet XML parsing error

To hopefully increase my chances of receiving a response, I have attached a screen shot of the XML parsing error I am receiving. I would appreciate any help as I cannot figure out why this worked up until recently, although no changes have been made to the Zimlet package.

Thanks,

Shannon

[SOLVED] Custom zimlet XML parsing error

A former employee implemented a custom zimlet called part_zimlet.zip. It worked until we went to Zimbra 5.0.x. The purpose of the zimlet is so that if I user highlights a part number such as xxxx-xxxx, a popup displays with details of the item. The details are obtained by querying our host server.Wh...

Future global distribution/mailing list features?

We have been using the global distribution/mailing lists feature in Zimbra for a while now. However, there are three features that we've been waiting for:First, there needs to be a way for ordinary users to view the addresses contained within distribution lists? For example, many users want to k...

Right-click to save attachment gone in 5.x.x?

Pre Zimbra 5, our users were able to right click on an attachment get a "Save As" without having to open the document. This functionality has disappeared. Any ideas?

Cleaning up/freeing disk space

Every time we upgrade, a backup of the previous Zimbra version is created in /opt/zimbra/backup. After a few days on the latest version, I remove the backup which frees up a ton of space. Are there tips for cleaning up other areas to free up space (outside of what cron/Zimbra already handles)?Thanks...

Determine Outlook Users

Is there a way to determine Outlook users who are syncing to the Zimbra server? I am thinking there is a string in a log file that I can grep on to see determine these users. The problem is that every time we upgrade, we email the latest connector to the Outlook users and seem to always forget some. ...
