COS for domain administrator?

The default Domain Administrators cannot see COS field under the account setup. How do I add this ACL so that they can change COS with more email storage for end users who are reaching their limits?

ONE OF OUR VENDORS FEEDBACK THAT WHENEVER HE ATTEMPTS TO REPLY OUR EMAIL, HIS OUTLOOK WILL PROMPT HIM TO ENTER A PASSWORD FOR OUR ZIMBRA SERVER. ANY IDEA WHY THIS IS HAPPENING WHEN HE IS NOT EVEN USING OUR ZIMBRA SERVER TO SEND HIS EMAIL??? (SEE ATTACHED)

Is there a way to search my email for IP addresses and URLs because Zimbra always display "Unable to parse the search query" whenever I use these for search query.

One of our Zimbra user also receive valid emails in her junk repeatedly despite the same set of emails get into my inbox properly. Why is this so???
