Zimbra Admin UI shows services red, and unavailable. Monitor->Mail Queues broken (but got fixed)

As far as I know services showing up as read shouldn't have anything to do with ssh. As far as I know thats all controlled by syslog settings. Have you checked to make sure there is data in /var/log/zimbra.log and /var/log/zimbra-stats.log? ssh is often used for issuing remote commands on the ot...

Zimbra is taking all the memory and CPU

Hrm...that does show CPU being used up by zimbra but the top mem-using processes is a bit odd. If I'm reading that correctly it looks like zimbra is using almost none of the memory. Is this a bare metal server or a VM? If its a VM are you sure its actually getting all 32G of memory?

Zimbra is taking all the memory and CPU

Whats taking up the most memory? Try "top -a" (starts top sorting my memory). They high cpu could be caused by the system running out of memory and having to deal with swap (so your CPU wait goes way up because of drive IO). You can probably also get this from that process list sorting by ...

Zimbra is taking all the memory and CPU

Thats the ZeXtras chat I believe.

I have no experience with it but a quick google search pointed to this which says a redeploy of the ZxChat zimlet might help:

How do I disabable preview link for PDF attachements in Zimbra OpenSource

Maybe try disabling convertd:

$ zmprov ms `zmhostname` -zimbraServiceEnabled convertd

$ zmprov ms `zmhostname` -zimbraServiceInstalled convertd

Zimbra 8.6 old IE launchs HTML by default

I think some very old versions of IE can't run ajax. You could try changing the IE user agent to make it report as something else...I know thats pretty easy to do with FF and Chrome via plugins...not so sure about IE though. > Is there an way to avoid it ? I would ask the same thing about using ...

How to finish aborted installation?

Hmm. You can try running /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsetup.pl although I think that might use the local config too.

Zimbra is taking all the memory and CPU

I think there are some issues with the older versions of 8.0.x and high CPU. Upgrading to something current would probably be a good starting point. You don't say how much memory or CPU resources your server has or how many users it might be handling. Any interesting errors/warnings in /opt/zimb...
