Zimbra always relays if the recipient has a server e-mail address.
Lets say our smtp server is mail.ourcompanyserver.comIf I use an e-mail client that is outside the MTA Trusted addresses (such as outlook at home), I can send an e-mail using smtp:mail.ourcompanyserver.com (our e-mail server) to any_email_address@ourcompanyserver.co...

Access with certificate

Client certificate authentication is possible, atleast in theory. You need to change the default service port 443 to listen at port 444. Block access to port 444 from other hosts than localhost. Replace Exchange Server in Windows Domain
Will I be using Active Directory or do I install OpenLDAP or similar on the Fedora server hosting Zimbra?
Zimbra has built-in LDAP which is essential to it's operation, so don't install extra LDAP servers on your own.You can use AD to authenticate you...

change the zimbra banner

Did you restart zimbra after editing the files?

Any changes to those files won't be shown until you do.
Also, any changes you do will be overwritten by next zimbra update you perform, so you need to edit all of them again every time you install updated version of zimbra.

DKIM, SPF = pass but still spam

Your reverse hostname doesn't match. That might increase the spam score and cause your message to be marked as spam.

Sender Information Disclose When Sending Out an Email

You can use postfix header checks in main.cf:header_checks = pcre:/etc/postfix/header_checksThe file should contain regular expressions and what they should be rewritten to, something like:/^(Received: .*CPU.*)/ REPLACE X-Recieved: IANA — Example domainsBut I still advise against this, some sp...

Sender Information Disclose When Sending Out an Email

Let's phrase it like this: Your server logs show that someone in your network of 1000 computers is sending 10000 spam messages every hour. You have filtered sending workstation information away from your server because you have security concerns about hostname like CPU00030 and private network a...
