its simple zimbra stores the header, meta info etc in the database the raw data in the storage diretory /opt/zimbra/storeif those get lost the data isnt there anymore - plain and simple - no way to restore it except restore your storage directoryanother case could be that the reference in the mysql ...

Yes it does, at least i suspected that.Well if i do the upgrade first time i got an .bak file generated, if i do it a second time its gone too, still replacing it wont save the issue cause i cannot upgrade it if i try todo the upgrade manually by slapp command im getting a segfaultmaybe theres an ad...
