FQDN Bounce

I think I may have found the problem. On the web server's postfix configuration I didn't have an FQDN set for the hostname. I set the fqdn to the fqdn of the server itself, restarted postfix and the form submitted no problem and was delivered.

FQDN Bounce

I have ZCS 8.0.6 installed and running fine. I'm using a web server that has a form system to create web-based forms that will send an email to a recipient upon submission. If I specify my gmail account in the form as the delivery address it comes through no problem. However if I specify user@do...

New hostname and certificate...

If you change the hostname and/or public DNS A record you would need to regenerate a self-signed or 3rd-party certificate to reflect the proper hostname/A record entry in DNS.

all Zimbra Administration Server Status are red after new installation

Agreed with the rsyslog. Although even with proper configuration I've seen this Admin Gui behavior sporadically even though the services are running properly. I'm on 8.0.6 as well and have seen this in previous versions. I tend to ignore it as long as zmcontrol shows services running.

Cannot run program "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmamavisdctl" (in directory "/root")

I know this sounds pretty simple but what happens when you do the following: su zimbra cd ~ zmamavisdctlFrom your output it looks like the zmconfigd service is attempting to be launched in the /root directory which zimbra doesn't have permission to.This is definitely an interesting problem you h...

Godaddy Certificate installation 2014
I dont think so, Godaddy changed the root and chain certs, so it was a pain to find this out and find the right certs.
Good to know. I think I'll avoid the hassle and stick with RapidSSL, Geotrust, or Thawte.
