this is not an error . its raising from zpush . its just log to check your ladap configuration is working fine or not . i am also using zimbra and same logs are generation in zimbra.log . my server is up and running since one year . i haven't face any problem from these type of logs.

try to add you mail server ip with x.x.x.x/32 like this in postcong network . i think this will work .

yes you can do it via cPolicyD . you can restrict user to send email from outside the domain or particular domain allow/disallow .

there is option available in zimbra to deleted the duplication email . you just enable that feature your issue will be resolve .
