The error message generate in the Admin Console is "correct" in that there is a limit set, for the maximum amount of quota the domain administrator can set. But my point is that as "Super Admin", this limit was not previously imposed on me, regardless of CLI or Admin Console.

I think the point is more like "Why did this work before, and not now?" I can see there's a relation between "Maximum quota domain administrator can set" and this error message. But if I am logged in as "Super Admin", I would like to be able to override this. And I used...

This did, indeed, turn out to be a case of DNS issues, created by the installation/upgrade process. We have never had DNS issues before for our Zimbra environment, but that was it.
