I can confirm this bug, when I went from 8.0.1 to 8.0.2 it broke all my users personal contact groups. You either have to readd the person to the group and delete their old entry or you have to edit the entry and fix the formatting. Quite a pain for users.

Why not just tell them to use the shortcut bindings??? Pressing P to print is a lot faster then pressing a menu button anyway. My users love Zimbra's shortcuts once I printed them out and gave them all copies.

The MAPI connector from Zimbra is connect Outlook to Zimbra as a replacement for exchange. Based on what you've said Zimbra is not the product for you.

I believe you need to fix your installation of Adobe flash or shockwave, one of them... been awhile since I've fixed this bug, but when I did it was one of them causing the problem.
