Where is the documents of the Briefcase???

They're not stored as files, they are stored inside the SQL, as jonallport states.

You can retrieve them via the web interface or soap calls, but not from the filesystem.

Pulling Information from Email for Reports.

Sounds like it may be easier to get the data directly from the SQL server. If the signups are being done at a webpage and then emailed to you, it's likely that they are being stored somewhere. And if they are not, then they can be. I dont think that creating a printed signin sheet for this data ...

RE: Disable Calendar and Contract Sync

I'd disagree, there should be no expectation of privacy at work. If you dont want personal appointments to be securely backed up by the corporate email server then dont put personal data on the corporate supplied computer. Seems simple to me.Or just let people know that their data is backed up a...

Zimbra backup without Service Stop

Does your SAN support the type of block level backup you need? It may be possible/more suitable to take care of this at the hardware level rather than the application layer.
As has been said more that once though, what you are asking for is not available, it cant be done.

Zimbra backup without Service Stop

Your mail store is 1000 gig? That's rather a lot. With that much data I'd suggest moving the store to a SAN and having that take care of snapshotting the volume at regular intervals, you may get some mileage out of that.Logic would clearly say that if an incrimental is taking 25 mins with th...

Permanent Failure

Based on your post I have the following questions,

Is that email address valid, can you contact if from a different account?

What's google got to do with anything?

Have you tried contacting the 3rd party?

[SOLVED] Possible to allow emails to non FQDN address?

Is this linked to GFI Faxmaker by any chance? If so, we've used this software in the past (and stopped using it because it's rubbish) If I remember right, you can get it set up so email to fax@company.com will work, but I cant remember exactly what we did.

How to define account length?

You'll need to write the code to check this ;) Even if zimbra did support this, then you would still need to write the code to deal with the error Zimbra would return if the name was too short, so if you are going to write code anyway then you may as well make it so that the data passed to zimbr...

[SOLVED] Zimbra without MX and iPhone/Mac Integration

I ran the open source version for home email for quite a while and it was fine, but I had mail delivery directly to the server by pointing the MX record to my home IP address. You can do this for a small business very easily, you could even run a single zimbra server for multiple businesses without e...
