Re: 8.8.15: very slow when accessing shared folders
Thanks for the suggestion, it's hard to tell as the problem happens intermittently during the day but wiping sort horder might have had some impact. The folder opening is still slow, occasionally it improved a bit but it's not definitely resolved. What makes me crazy is that opening the same mailbox...

Re: 8.8.15: very slow when accessing shared folders
I found the query being dead slow is this: SELECT mi.id, mi.type, mi.parent_id, mi.folder_id, mi.prev_folders, mi.index_id,mi.imap_id, mi.date, mi.size, mi.locator, mi.blob_digest, mi.unread, mi.flags, mi.tag_names, mi.subject,mi.name, mi.metadata, mi.mod_metadata, mi.change_date, mi.mod_content, mi...

8.8.15: very slow when accessing shared folders
Hi. We recently migrated an old 8.0.5 to 8.8.15 on a new server (more powerful). Since the migration users accessing shared (mounted) accounts experience an extremely slow Web UI into those folders, sometimes locking the browser, sometimes hanging with the "loading" dialog. Logging into th...

Re: Bug #108811 on Zimbra9 modern ui
Well if they haven't implemented the Attach files from original messages then it's probably not happening in the new UI
BTW I didn't get you last sentence. You like the new interface but usually you don't like changes?

3CX contacts lookup for Zimbra
Hi. I've developed a middleware API for 3CX to look up contacts in Zimbra. It works as CRM integration so you need a 3CX Professional license. The search is still sub optimal : 3CX provides a plain number (i.e. 123123123), while in Zimbra you may have stored with spaces or parenthesis (i.e. 123 (1) ...

Contacts search by number
Maybe a silly question, but... Historically I filed contacts with different number syntax : for example a +390341220205 might be stored as: * +390341220205 * 0341220205 * +39 0341 220205 * 0341 220205 * 0341 220 205 Is there a search query which can ignore special characters (that is: spaces, parent...

Re: Upgrade with New Installation Zimbra 9
The incremental (side-by-side) migration approach described in my last post reduces the downtime to a bare minimum, and also offers a convenient means to fall back to the old Zimbra server, should there be a problem restoring the data to the new Zimbra 9 server. What you described is the incrementa...
