You can generate the CSR from the command line using the steps in the wiki:

Re: Sender address rejected
This pops up every now and then... Double check the zimbraMtaSmtpdSenderLoginMaps setting at the globalConfig. zmprov gcf zimbraMtaSmtpdSenderLoginMaps If there are no results, set the attribute globally and then restart the mta service on your MTA server(s): zmprov mcf zimbraMtaSmtpdSenderLoginMaps...

Re: UPGRADE FROM 8.8.12 TO 8.8.15 or 9
Sounds like you downloaded and attempted to install the (licensed) Network Edition version of Zimbra, instead of the Open Source Edition. You'll need to download the OSE binaries, available from: https://www.zimbra.org/download/zimbra-collaboration The above link will get you the Synacor-provided Op...

Re: Month old restore point
In my experience, once the server is restored, it will have a later time stamp than the IMAP clients. At that point the IMAP clients will sync up to the server and delete the email the IMAP clients are storing locally that was not restored on the server. You'll want to make sure all the IMAP clients...

Re: Setting up behaviour in distribution lists
Hi there, I was wondering if there is any chance to change the behaviour of a distribution list depending if the email sender is internal or external ufabetyou If you turn on Zimbra's milter, you can grant privileges and restrictions around who can send to distribution lists. In this way, you can h...

Re: There were X failed login attempts since the last successful login
By design, the zimbra Linux account has no password. No code that Zimbra ships either queries the zimbra account for, nor requires the zimbra account to provide, a password to execute Linux commands. All of the permissions for executing Linux commands with privileges are contained in the *_zimbra-* ...

Re: Passphrase protected commercial.key
You could open a Support Case for clarification, let Support tell you that you must remove the key, and then you'd have hard evidence to provide to your customer.
Hope that helps,
Mark

Re: Some users are experiencing long delays in sending emails
Some users emails are taking 30 or sometimes more seconds to send an email. Yesterday, I believed I had fixed this when it appeared one of our domain controllers (Active Directory) was locking up and I removed it from the list of servers that Zimbra authenticates against. However, today I am gettin...

Sounds like you allow SSH in to your Zimbra server from anywhere. Ideally, SSH should be restricted just to the IP addresses of your senior system admins.
Hope that helps,
