    Default calendar free/busy not working?

    We have had Zimbra 3 MR2 installed for a couple weeks and it has been working great except when scheduling appointments other users free/busy schedule only shows "Unknown" even though they have other appointments scheduled.

    Is this a known issue with MR2 or is something not configured right on my server?

    All services are running and everything else seems to work fine. This is running the Commercial Trail version and is running on RHEL4.

    Are you using the full e-mail address of people? It's working for me (but I'm running a slightly newer build).

    That seems to be the problem, thanks :-)

    If I enter the email address by hand into the "Attendees" input field then the free busy schedule shows up just fine. However if I pick the attendees through the "Select Attendees" window from the GAL then all those attendees show "Unknown" in their schedules. It is important to note that the attendees appear to be recieving the appointment requests just fine either way I do it.

    I am using Firefox 1.5 but I see the same problem in IE6 too.

    Suppose this is something that might be fixed in the next build?

    There was a bug in regards to choosing contacts from the Attendees button (which would dump the friendly email in the Attendees field (i.e. "<first last> email") and then tabbing to the Free/Busy view which has been fixed - it now will dump just the email address.

    However, if you enter a friendly email into the Free/Busy view manually, we still dont handle that properly (bug 3190).
