    Default Zimbra Shortcut

    Hi all,

    I wanted to know if it possible to create a shortcut zimbra to launch automatically the web browser and the zimbra application (wihtout changing the default page). Someting like:
    firefox.exe --link http:://zimbra.domain.eu.
    I'm trying to find a way but I'm not sure that it is possible!!!

    Thanks a lot,

    MIke

    It should be OK!! Is it possible to find zimbra icons?

    Do a search through the /opt/zimbra directories for *.gif files and you'll see some icons there that my be of use to you.

    I've searched for something similar to this before on moz' forums but they're a bear to navigate - slow, etc.

    Anyway, what I'm looking to do is have a shortcut on the desktop that carries with it command-line parameters that would remove the address/toolbars at the top of the browser (whether it be IE or FF), so Zimbra looks more like an app and less like a page in a browser. Has anyone done this?

    I think the simple way to do this is create a 2nd Firefox profile. Make all the UI changes you want and set Zimbra to the homepage. Then you should be able to start firefox and pass in this profile name. See this page for the command line flags to start with a specific profile and/or change the default window size.
