Zimbra tends to fill up my address book with duplicate like
john smith john@smith.com
john smoth John@Smith.com
John Smith john@smith.com
whenever people often set their own email addresses and names inconsistently over time

Can we make sure this feature is case insensitive? Also if the name is identical but the email is different can Zimbra prompt me to ask if new email address should be added to existing contacts (multiple emails per person is very common nowadays - probably more common than two contacts with identical names)
