    Default How to download attachments?

I can't seem to download attachments, only view them as HTML.

I have the following in the user's account:

Features -> Viewing attachments as HTML -> unchecked
Advanced -> Convert attachments to HTML for viewing -> unchecked

But when I click on an attachment in the web client, it renders as HTML.

    Any thoughts?

Depends on the attachment but have you tried right-click/save-as?

All that seemed to do for me is save the HTML-converted version.

Clicking on the attachment name. I do not see a 'View as HTML' link.

Can you verify that both your COS and user have these set:

Features -> Viewing attachments as HTML -> unchecked
Advanced -> Convert attachments to HTML for viewing -> unchecked

I experienced the same problem sometimes the problem came or not but I already have a solution that is by clicking the add to briefcase and I download a file attachment from the briefcase
