it would be nice to keep infolog about a contact i.e. a list of chronogical event for a contact : email, phonecall, document, etc ... attached to a given contact.
This feature is very useful for a shared addressbook for a sales team. With this feature, when a collaborator is on holiday or leave a company, other colleagues are able to get back to a particular contact without losing the history.
