    Default [SOLVED] Zimbra 6: Email Forwarding Issue

    Hi;
    A new problem is found today. Email forwarding (e.g for zz@a.aa.com) to external email address (e.g ab@yahoo.com) is working for incoming emails from Internal domains (e.g xx@a.aa.com, yy@b.aa.com) only. Any other incoming emails from external domains (e.g xc@gmail.com, cc@yahoo.com)remain in Zimbra (zz@a.aa.com) and are not forwarded to ab@yahoo.com.

    Any one having this problem?

    What does /var/log/zimbra.log show for those emails ?

    So it should be ok..I think it stuck at our relay policy..I'll check on that..Thanks!

    Thanks to you, uxbod. It's our relay policy that block the emails from being forwarded to the extermal email address.
