problems with lycos
First of all sorry for my english, I do not speack very well.
I have a very big problem with lycos:
Sunday lycos moved me to Zimbra.
I have very big problems.
I log into my account, but do not receive any e-mail, and I can't see the old e-mail, they say 0 email.
When I try to log back tells me they are upgrading.
Is it possible that it takes so many days?

Lycos does not respond to my e-mail
This is nothing to do with Zimbra (the company), Lycos only uses the Zimbra software and Zimbra has no access or control on what Lycos is doing - you must contact Lycos for an answer to your questions, they provide your support.
