I am having a problem and I'm hoping someone can help. I use google chrome and I can receive emails, but I cannot reply to them. The text box opens, but I cannot type in the box, there is no cursor available. If I use Internet Explorer, I can reply. Anyone else having this? It just started about two weeks ago.
Is this with Zimbra Collaboration Suite or Zimbra Desktop?

It's with Zimbra Collaboration. I have not used Firefox. I really want to use Google Chrome because that's what I use for everything. Thanks for trying to help, guys.
It's an known issue in advanced mode. Click cancel and reply again.
Clear your chrome cache. This will resolve it for a while.
Or use standard mode.
