    Default outlook 2003 0x80070057 error

    when syncing outlook 2003 with zimbra i am getting a 0x80070057 error. my mail is able to send and receive but i am getting the error everytime. Any ideas?

    i see it in outlook after the "send/receive pregress" is done. the error message is sitting there. all the others (other email accounts) are working.

    what does the zco log say?

    sam - i do not know how to view the logs but i can send them to you.

    1. shutdown outlook
    2. run c:\program files\common files\system\msmapi\1033\zcologctl.exe
    3. enable logging, set the log file path, click ok
    4. start outlook, send a message (repro the behavior), shutdown outlook
    5. open a support case and send them the logs
