Default [SOLVED] Missing email after to, cc, or bcc to self

I send emails to myself directly or via cc: or bcc:
They do not "arrive" in my inbox.

Here is a log of one of those the admin and I tried to troubleshoot. From syslog:

    I obfuscated the real domain.
This happens in every case for me, either through the web interface or Thunderbird.
Another user IS able to send to self, cc, bcc.
I am utilizing the IMAP protocol.

    Apparently, we are using
    Client Version: 5.0.18_GA_3011.UBUNTU8
    Client Release: 20090708092550
    Build Date: 20090708-0933

    Thank you for your time.

Maybe you have set the option zimbraPrefDedupeMessagesSentToSelf to dedupeAll. You can check this through the Zimbra Web Client under Preferences -> Mail -> Receiving Messages -> Messages from me.
