    Default WikiWords in Documents

When editing a wiki page in Zimbra you can utilized WikiWords. That is a word that contains two capital letters like my username JasonChase. WikiWords work great from within Zimbra. If you create a public share of the Notebook/Wiki and view the page with the WikiWord, the WikiWord that was linked within Zimbra no longer appears as a link.

The workaround is to use the link labeling feature of Wiki:

JasonChase would have to be entered as [[JasonChase][JasonChase]]

Where the second block [] is the label [[WikiWord][LinkLabel]].

Is there anything I can do to get this to work for our less Wiki competent staff?

    Thanks,

    Jason

Let me see if I can restate the problem so that I understand what is going wrong.

You have a wiki page in your Notebook folder that contains a standard wiki word (e.g. WikiWord) to another page within that same folder. Then you shared that folder with other users that have Zimbra accounts. But after they accept the share and view the wiki page with the wiki word, the wiki word is not highlighted as a link.

Is this correct? Or did you share it with external users (i.e. users that do not have Zimbra accounts and cannot login) and the links are not working when they use the URL to your Notebook folder in their browser?

The issue is with external shares. Opening the publicly shared wiki from another browser on another system without logging into Zimbra.

    Thanks,

    Jason
