Recently while trying to log in to my edu email account a message appeared saying that the user name or password were incorrect, it also said to check if caps lock was activated and try the user name and password again. I thought that it might be a problem with the password, which was about to expire, so I proceeded to change it and once again tried to log in to my account; however, the problem still persisted and now I don't know what to do.
Some help would be greatly appreciated.
