    Default email to task

    Hi there

    is there a way in zimbra so that if i receive an email with a certain subject i can automatically have a task created with the email body in it??

    Each email must be manually selected to create as a task. The filtering system does not function in this way.

    To create a task from an email, select the email and right click the message and select create task.

    When I right click I don't get that option.

    This is a known limitation for the Zimbra Desktop version 7.1. All tasks have to be manually created.

    A work around is to open the E-mail into its own window so you can copy/paste quickly.
