    Default Valid email flagged as Junk...repeatedly

    Has anyone experienced valid email addresses being flagged as Junk. I have labeled it "not Junk" in Outlook 2007... everything works for some time and then "boom" back to the "Junk folder" I am supporting 40 users and this has happened a few times a week for a handfull of users, since the Zimbra Network Edition install a month ago.

    TYIA,

    Please right-click and go "show original", then post the full headers of the mail which got mis-classified. (It's okay to suppress the email addresses and other private info. We just need the headers pertaining to spam classification.)

    Also, disable the integrated antispam tool in Outlook.

    Thanks for the response. I will try the Anti-spam tool first and see if that helps.
    Cheers,

    One of our Zimbra user also receive valid emails in her junk repeatedly despite the same set of emails get into my inbox properly. Why is this so??? She has already marked them not spam and have added their domain into the trusted addresses. What else can she do to stop this issue?

    We use Zimbra webmail directly without going thru Outlook. Below is the spam header from one of the emails:

    X-Spam-Flag: YES X-Spam-Score: 6.803 X-Spam-Level: ****** X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=6.803 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6 tests=[ADVANCE_FEE_2_NEW_MONEY=1.138, BAYES_00=-1.9, HELO_NO_DOMAIN=0.001, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, LOTS_OF_MONEY=0.001, MONEY_FRAUD_3=0.866, RCVD_IN_BRBL_LASTEXT=1.449, RCVD_IN_RP_RNBL=1.31, RDNS_NONE=0.793, SHORT_HELO_AND_INLINE_IMAGE=1.39, US_DOLLARS_3=1.754] autolearn=no

    However, the same email in my inbox has difference spam-score:

    X-Spam-Status: No, score=5.493 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6
    tests=[ADVANCE_FEE_2_NEW_MONEY=1.138, BAYES_00=-1.9,
    HELO_NO_DOMAIN=0.001, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, LOTS_OF_MONEY=0.001,
    MONEY_FRAUD_3=0.866, RCVD_IN_BRBL_LASTEXT=1.449, RDNS_NONE=0.793,
    SHORT_HELO_AND_INLINE_IMAGE=1.39, US_DOLLARS_3=1.754] autolearn=no

    It appears that the additional RCVD_IN_RP_RNBL score is causing her problem. What does RCVD_IN_RP_RNBL means?

    Why don't you start with a search? You'll find answers to your questions if you search: +"RCVD_IN_RP_RNBL" - Yahoo! Search Results
